1. Delivery Coverage
Our primary shipping destinations include, but are not limited to, the following countries and regions:

Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination country or region, local carrier coverage, and customs regulations. Certain remote or restricted areas may not be eligible for delivery.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within two (2) business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL, depending on destination and service availability.
Following dispatch, delivery is generally completed within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures, remote locations, or peak shipping periods.
4. Shipping Fees
Orders with a total merchandise value equal to or exceeding United States Dollars Three Hundred (USD 300.00) qualify for complimentary shipping.
Orders with a total merchandise value below United States Dollars Three Hundred (USD 300.00) are subject to a flat shipping charge of United States Dollars Forty (USD 40.00).
All applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
5. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country or region.
Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers are advised to consult their local customs authority for further information prior to placing an order.
6. Shipment Notification and Tracking
Upon shipment, customers will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Delivery status may be monitored via the official FedEx or DHL tracking systems.
7. Accuracy of Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including recipient name, delivery address, and contact details.
We shall not be liable for delays, delivery failures, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. Any redelivery, address correction, or related fees incurred shall be borne by the customer.
8. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal by the recipient, or failure to pay applicable customs charges, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, any approved refund will be issued after deduction of the original shipping fee, return shipping costs, and any additional handling or customs-related charges incurred.
9. Packaging
All handcrafted ceramic and woven products are packaged using appropriate protective materials designed to reduce the risk of damage during international transportation.
10. Delivery Delays
All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. We shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs inspections, severe weather conditions, public emergencies, or carrier service disruptions.
