Returns policy

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging intact.

As all products are handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, shape, glaze, weave tightness, or dimensions are natural characteristics and do not constitute defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been used, displayed, installed, or damaged after delivery

  • Items with cracks, chips, breakage, deformation, or stains caused by improper handling or storage

  • Items damaged after successful delivery due to accidental drops or misuse

  • Gift cards that have been redeemed or opened

  • Items clearly marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. Return Authorization Required

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damage & Shipping Claims

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • Inner protective packaging

  • The outer shipping carton

Approved shipping damage claims will be eligible for replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Claims submitted after 48 hours or without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped or confirmed shipping damage), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For returns due to personal preference or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

6. Refund Method & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or offer a comparable handcrafted alternative of similar value.

8. Handcrafted Product Standards

Please note that the following characteristics are inherent to handmade ceramic and woven products and are not considered quality defects:

  • Slight glaze variations, small air bubbles, brush marks, or uneven finishes

  • Minor asymmetry or dimensional differences

  • Variations in weaving tightness, fiber thickness, or natural material texture

9. International Orders & Return Shipping

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees incurred during the return process, unless the return is due to our error or confirmed shipping damage.

Due to the fragile nature of handcrafted ceramic and woven products, we strongly recommend that international customers carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and images before placing an order.

Please note that international return shipping may be costly, and we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for cross-border returns.

10. Policy Interpretation

We reserve the right to interpret and apply this Returns & Exchanges Policy in a fair and reasonable manner, while respecting the unique nature of handcrafted goods and maintaining product integrity.
